It is necessary in the Project-Based Learning process to break down the outcomes and products in the project into a set of tasks. This is important for a multitude of reasons but specifically for:
Solid assessment planning, and
Allocating the correct amount of time for each task.

As you complete this section, keep in mind to include under "Scaffolding / Materials / Lessons to be Provided" the active teaching and learning support needed to help students grow and develop their understanding. What will be needed to teach so that students can achieve the standards, and complete the project?
- The Calendar
In this first draft, sketch out the lessons students will need to eventually work independantly, as well as the activities they will work on alone or in groups. Here is an example of a calendar.
